Mr. Mangano’s book “The Blood Pressure Miracle” is an invaluable book tailored to reduce the major risk known as hypertension. It’s a complete lifestyle manual that left no stone unturned, ranging from exercise, food, music, meditation, herbs and supplements. I was impressed by the guidelines mapped out in the book leading to a healthier lifestyle.
